WHY US
We are CPAs & Consultants with extensive Corporate and Public Accounting backgrounds with reasonable rates compared to the large and middle sized firms: PwC, Deloitte, E&Y, KPMG, Crowe etc. We have a vast network of partners/contacts in the USA and abroad from our corporate and public accounting days so we can help companies grow from start-up/medium sized business into the mature company they envisioned.
We are a boutique firm in the cannabinoid industry so we are agile and can have boots on the ground quickly and efficiently. We have considerable internal resources that we employ but also have the network and connections to additional independent contractors for whatever job is needed. We do not have the internal hierarchy of a larger firm where politics can get involved or everything is focused just on revenue. We value the relationship and opportunity to grow with our clients.

ABOUT
WES CAMPBELL
Wes brings more than 20 years of experience as an accounting and finance professional serving clients in the US, Middle East, Europe & Africa. His career has focused on advising private/public companies on complex accounting and capital market transactions such as mergers & acquisitions, divestitures (carve-outs/spin-offs), IPOs, debt/equity offerings, GAAP conversions and joint ventures.
Wes began his career as an auditor with PwC in Chicago, specialising in financial and internal controls audits for healthcare, manufacturing, and pharmaceutical companies. In 2010, he joined PwC’s Capital Markets & Accounting Advisory practice in Zurich, Switzerland where he led accounting advisory services on a variety of transactions involving merger & acquisitions, divestitures and IFRS conversions for Foreign Private Issuers. He has also advised companies on responding to SEC comment letters and has been involved on a number of debt offerings for private clients.
In 2013, Wes relocated to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania with PwC and led US GAAP, IFRS and SEC accounting advisory services on multinational corporations in a variety of different industries. In 2014, Wes left public accounting and accepted a position as the Director of Consolidation and Technical Accounting for ARYZTA, a Swiss public company with over 4 billion in annual revenue.
In 2016, Wes returned to the United States and started his own accounting & consulting business. Wes is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Illinois. Wes received his BA in Finance and Accounting with an International dimension from Indiana University. He is a member of the AICPA.
